In this Play Date with Gwen, you will choose any one of her patterns and come to class ready to explore and create!
You will learn about color choices and fusible applique techniques/tips that make the pattern/design “pop”, giving it needed dimension.
You will discover secrets on how to effectively trace your patterns and use an applique pressing sheet for your layout.
After creating a layout that follows the pattern, you can personalize the design with additional depth and images.
As your project develops, guidance will help you find new ways of enhancing the pattern/design!
Gwen will provide Individual attention and guidance for layout and stitching to help you personalize your wall hanging to make it one of a kind!
This is a perfect class for the beginner-intermediate quilter and also for those who would like to take a few more advanced steps in the fascinating world of fabric fusion and embellishment!
An additional hour from 3-4 awaits for those who would like further tips on design, quilting, embellishments, etc
