Declic Top with Janet Szabo

The Declic top is a breezy, comfortable summer top suitable for woven fabrics such as rayon challis, lightweight linen, or lightweight cottons (Quilting cotton is too heavy.) Shoulders feature small pleats. In this class, we’ll make the top while learning techniques such as French seams, making a V-neck facing, and others. A sewing machine is needed for construction, although a serger can be used for some of the edge finishes.

The Declic top pattern is a FREE pattern from Atelier Scammit.
It is available at their website:
Students should download and print the pattern before class. To save even more time, trace your size before class onto tracing paper or Pellon Easy-Pattern.
